Dr. Bert Hoffmann
es politólogo en el GIGA (German Institute of Global and Area
Studies) en Hamburgo y vicedirector del Instituto de Ciencias
Latinoamericanas del mismo. Estudió en la Universidad FU de
Berlin y obtuvo la capacitación para acceder a una
cátedra con la tesis “The Politics of the Internet in
Third World Development“. Lleva muchos años investigando
sobre procesos de transformación económica y social en
Cuba y publicó varios libros y artículos al respecto.
